Favourable location, it was short walk to central Trabzon, the central square, and Trabzon's main streets. Spent a nice evening at Murat Balik Salonu, located very close to the venue.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The host and other staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage and pay later, showed us different room options, and even assisted with adjustments in the room. The location was great, close to the main square and with a view of the Black Sea. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was above average. The efficient air conditioning and free Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was very convenient; we could easily access the main square, shopping streets, and supermarkets. The hotel had great facilities, including a big reception area, elevator, and restaurant with a beautiful view of the city center. The staff was very helpful, even though they spoke very little English. They gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a complimentary bottle of water upon our arrival. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of delicious foods such as bread, cheese, salads. Lastly, the hotel was clean, and our room had a beautiful sea view.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we had complementary breakfast and WiFi which was convenient. , the hotel is located near the main square, making it easy to access public transportation. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable beds which helped us have a good night's rest after exploring the city.

the noise from nearby music halls or bars made it difficult to sleep peacefully. the hotel had some positive aspects, but the negative aspects made our stay less enjoyable.

The staff is friendly and provides a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Breakfast is good enough for budget travellers.
