We stayed in the hotel 1 night and are only partially satisifed for the price we paid.
The location is excellent and the hotel is located in a beautiful boulevard.

We arrived in Firenze on July 17th 2007 and took the airport bus to Santa Maria Novella railway station.
The airport bus stops at a station right next to the train station.
We had a "suite" which was two small rooms - one bedroom, one living room but it looked like two rooms had been put together and was still very small.
Our room was outstanding, big enough for a massive double bed, a writing desk and a sofa and two chairs.
The bed was comfortable; we didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or traffic on the outside.
I was positively surprised by the size of the room and the size of the bed at the hotel.
The most relevant problem was the noise in the room (mainly showers and toilets of neighbouring rooms), really not soundproof.
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, restaurant food was very good with an excellent breakfast buffet.
There is a nice bar area where we used to relax after taking the evening air and eating in one of the local restaurants.
I was out on the town everyday eating so the only meal I had at the hotel was the breakfast.
Staff were friendly, our room on the ground floor was very large and restaurant food was very good.
The breakfast was regular Italian food for tourists and they had mimosa's which I enjoyed.
Moreover hotel staff was helpful, the service was amazing and the concierge was very kind and professional.
Besides the uneven front desk staff at the hotel, the maid not only cleaned our room but removed our half-bottle of wine we were expecting to enjoy on return from sightseeing.
The hotel was very clean, service was excellent, the staff very courteous and the price was quite reasonable.
The hotel offers Valet parking at extra cost.
The lobby is very pretty but the dining area are exquisite.

The only things I can complain about was the air-con fan that was a bit noisy at night and the wireless inter access rates that were ridiculously high.
The bedlinen and towels however were clean, and both marble bathrooms were spotless.
The room at the hotel was clean and comfortable.
The communal areas were clean, bright and airy, unfortunately our room was not of the same standard.
The hotel has an old structure, although it's clean and the furnishing is good and the rooms are quite big.
The whole of the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel.
