The room was clean, the location was perfect with a short walk to town.

Wanted to be in Jackson as we had to return the rental car to Budget (who took us to the airport).

It's still a 30 minute bus ride to the moountain though.

Since I was there in high season without reservation I paid $92 for two people in a queen-size bed room a night.

We were staying with just one child in the Queen/deluxe room with the sofa-bed, and we felt very crowded.

The first day, they messed up our reservation and put us in a room with one bed (we needed two).

On the way back, we were once again in a room with one bed, then lied to us and told us that is what we asked for.

The room was a decent size and the bathroom tiny.

Motel is really quite close to town and walking distance to restaurants and shops (a few blocks.

It's only about five blocks from the town square so walking to the restaurants and bars works out well.

It was quiet and even though there was no breakfast, it was a great buy.

The check-in lady was very helpful with finding The Bunnery for breakfast--it is great.

They didn't have a breakfast, but the hot chocolate and popcorn they provided was nice.

Jackson was a last-minute stop on a wonderful road trip from San Diego to Montana and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly, but only available from 8 AM to 9 PM.

The staff were, however, a little cold when I checked in although they were helpful and effiicient.

This wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that asking for extra towels and pillows required dealing with the surly staff, all of whom treated any such requests with impressive disdain.
