Good breakfast with a nice variety of food. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which makes for a peaceful stay.

Room was not well-maintained. Sheets were not changed and there were stains on them.

Efficient staff. Good, reasonably priced breakfasts and evening meals. Free shuttle to distant Denizli Airport.

This hotel is an exquisite venue for business or leisure. The service is polite and responsive, they meet all luxurious needs, including an amazing Turkish bath, steam room, and well-kept seasonal outdoor pool. The restaurant has quality foods with a pleasant garden area. The room advantages are the in-room breakfast, private facilities with exclusive amenities ensuring a comfortable stay.

The location advantage of this hotel is outside the city center with nothing to do nearby.

Very nice place situated close to the new Bus Terminal. Lovely pool, staff very helpful. Reasonable price. They seem to cater to businesspeople / events, but the hotel was quiet when I was there, and I got the impression that anyone is welcome. Cheers!

The location is great for visits to Pamukale.

The rooms were very hot and there was no air conditioning because it was set for central heat.

We loved the comfortable bed, clean room with spa-like bathroom and nice views of the mountains. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, it's close to the industrial area, making it a good choice for those traveling for business.

i had a corner room which was lovely. The cleaning staff were lovely too. The restaurant was good, unfortunately i was invariably the only one in it!The pool was lovely too although there was no pool bar or pool staff.

This hotel is only for business and i was not there in a business capacity, however, English is an international language and few of the staff could speak it. Also, they advertise a spa and other facilities there which were not in existence which is downright annoying. They also state that there is a pool bar which there is not; and at no time whilst i was around the pool area did any staff come and ask me whether i would like a drink or something to eat!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff really made you feel at home.

This hotel is not located very close to downtown and is on the outskirts of Denizli. Unfortunately, the food is lousy in the restaurant, but the rooms are spacious and modern with a good work desk and international satellite channels.

The staff is not very proficient in English, making communication difficult for international guests.

Nice hotel, sauna steam room etc all good, rooms excellent.

Gym should be better than what it is and the pool was out of commission again (and there were no sunbeds around the pool maybe because it was out of order). Bit over priced for what it is.

Spending my Xmas break at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including soft linens and towels. The location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to local attractions and a stunning view of the scenery from my window. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Despite the great experience, I did have one issue that I didn't love. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant could have been better.
