The location to a central market and a cathedral set near the hotel was good and perfect. Attentive team at the reception desk. The room we had included a small balcony, a flat screen TV, and a sofa.

Overall had exceptional stay for holidays. The rooms were new-fashioned and high quality with huge bed, nice terrace, as for instance, that's all we needed. Location: the hotel was close to most other hotels, the pedestrian streets and a fantastic art gallery. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

I have to mention the freshly prepared breakfast with many different cheese, sweet plus freshly squeezed orange juice. I have stayed in the guest room with beautiful interior.

The room itself was a nice size and very well decorated with nice bathroom, design from other era, as example provided. The staff were competent and responsive and the location was convenient realy close to center.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to the outskirts of Sofia's center, most restaurants and sights and close to the city center. We had lunch in The Two Lions, located nearby. Got the same guest room with enormous comfortable bed booked online, liked that.

High-class place with responsive staff at the reception desk, loved it. The location was ideal in the restaurant consisting of smoked salmon & caviar, just a walking distance from Mall of Sofia.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with cooking facilities. The location is central, next to a mall and the old town, and the subway or tram.

all in all our stay was perfect, no reason to complain. stayed for 1 night in this lovely welcoming place, thoroughly enjoyed that. the hotel had a favourable and handy location, near a subway station. in picturesque area we found a central market and a cathedral near the property. the rooms were silent and generous-sized, with beautiful interior.

Although everything was fantastic, some of the staff were very rude.

Marvellous and handy location, only a short distance to everywhere. Located in 15 minutes' walk from Serdika tube station. The breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice which is unusual for Bulgaria.
