  Great place, the staff were very helpful, very friendly and upon entering the “upgraded” room, I did notice the AC was fully functional.

  Loud plumbing noises throughout stay and staff unfriendly.

  Great location need attention and this hotel is round the corner from Bourbon Street. The staff is friendly, i actually really liked the mismatched antique furniture.

  Location was fantastic and romantic hotel made a great week. The continental breakfast was a thermos of coffee and a box of donuts in the lobby, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nearly perfect.
