The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and laundry services. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a sitting area and a terrace. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good sized room and bathroom. 2 balconies, but the was nothing on them, not even a chair, so they were pretty useless. View from roof was nice, but the area was shabby and looked like it needed repairs. The common areas of the hotel are nice and you can tell that once upon a time, there was care and effort put into everything...not any more.
It seems like this hotel has fallen on hard times. As soon as we checked in, we were told that the pool was not working. Later that night, we found out that there was no one staffing the bar either. Breakfast was horrible. We were shown to an area that had tables set out and a couple of bowls of crackers, 3 huge bowls of the same jam packets and some cereals. No coffee, no juices except for a machine that spit out water with a little color at the end. There was nobody there to help us, or to clean the 1 other table that had been used. Burned lights in dark hallways, no staff anywhere except front desk...The only good thing is that they reduced the price when we complained. Very sad because there is a lot of potential

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the center. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was decent, with plenty of variety to choose from. The heating in the room ensured we were never cold, and the fireplace in the reception area added a cozy touch to the atmosphere.

The only good thing of the hotel is represented by the swimming pool. During our stay youngsters, for sure relatives of the owner of the hotel, were attending the pool bothering the customers. Despite our complains no actions have been taken and they continued to be arrogant and we had to leave the swimming pool. Air condition was not working well and the breakfast poor. Hotel premises not very clean and quite old. The room was very noisy because close to the main road.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as it was situated within walking distance to all of the festive activities in town. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a functioning fridge.
There were a few downsides to my experience. The breakfast was not up to par, lacking both quality and variety.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free on-site parking. The hotel is also conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore this charming city.
For us, it was ideal.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with a friendly and accommodating receptionist who was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. The spacious, clean room with almost new furniture was a plus! The hotel’s quiet location made it easy for us to take short walks to explore the town and its surroundings.
We were disappointed to find that the pool area was closed off and in ruins, which looked like it wasn’t opening up again anytime soon. the breakfast variety was poor, and the quality of the food was not up to our standards.
