The location is excellent, the hotel is very close to the city centre is great and rooms are very comfortable.

Fresh coffee station near lift on Executive Room level and the location is perfect as is close to the shops.

The location was very good for we needed: right in front of the main railway station apparently safe, i found the hotel close to the city square in walking distance and all your staff were very friendly and efficient.

Don't get a taxi from the Airport, just hop on a bus or train and get off at the central station.

I would recommend taking the Train from the Airport to the Hotel, taking about 15 or 20 minutes and costing much less than a Taxi.

The rooms were excellent, air conditioned, plasma tv,DVD player, lovely bathroom, nice shower/bath, bar, electronic safe, nive view from the window.

Staff are attentive, the most comfy bed I have slept in.

Bathrooms have bathtub and separate shower.

The room was very nice, although a little short of light in the bedroom, sometimes it was very hard to see even your clothes in the wardrobe.

I asked for, and got, a room with shower and bath.

Great service at check in, restaurant, bar and room service.

Most Restaurants in the area are excellent value for money, in particular the ‘Ancora Restaurant’ on Ul.

This is a really nicely designed hotel with pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfasts, good (if pricey by Polish standard's) bar and in a brilliant position.

Very good Restaurant with outside terrace, trendy Bar open till late hours.

Right next to the hotel there is a brand new 4 storey shopping centre, Galleria Krakova, with over 250 shops and restaurants, including a supermarket.

Best service hotels we have stayed in accross Europe, being very close to the unique Krakow's Old Town and the front desk staff are exceptional at meeting needs.

Second think is staff-charming people including somebody who helped me how to make the reservation-I think it was reservation department and also reception who is always smiling and helpful in many things.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and there was always someone on at reception is very handy.

Very good Hotel offer (fitness with sauna, underground parking, business corner, wireless internet) and very friendly and helpful service.

There is a very small work out facility on the property along with a sauna.

We did not spend too much time in the hotel or use the gym facilities.

Furthermore clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, cold choices including wonderful omelets.

The service excellent and very nice clean bathrooms.

Also friendly and helpful staff, clean room, the smell of coffee on our floor was lovely.

Hotel is spotless, stylish and the most friendly staff you could hope for, we has a very comfortable room on 5th floor.
