The location was perfect for my needs, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The rooms were spotlessly clean and simply furnished but very comfortable. The owner, Mr Nikos, was incredibly hardworking and his daughter, Anna, made it clear that the hotel was not just a business but also their home. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, and the owners ensured a pleasant atmosphere by not allowing any noisy or rowdy behavior. Can't wait to go back!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

OMG! This place was mind-blowingly amazing! The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a 1-minute walk away and the beach/city within 3-5 minutes. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed - towels, mini fridge, freezer, balcony, and a jaw-dropping bathroom. The air conditioning was totally worth the €7.50 per day, especially during the hot summer days. But the best part was the sweetest owner ever! Can't wait to come back next year!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kardamena. It was in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the sea and with excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean, even better than some 5-star hotels I've stayed at in Greece. The rooms were simply furnished but comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The owner, Mr. Nikos, and his daughter Anna were very caring and made sure that the hotel felt like a home. I loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the hotel was run very professionally. I can't wait to go back.
Nothing to mention. 😊

Everything was good. our family liked that hotel because it's really value for money. price was the smallest i have ever paid for hotel- but it was really good- it was always clean, with balcony, enough space and so on- really good choice. Mr. Niko takes a good care about hotel. so if you do not need luxury- it is perfect choice. also i could recommend sun restaurant near andavis hotel- nice place to eat- good prices and tasty food with big portions.
breakfast was cheap but poor

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the basic amenities provided. The owner, although sometimes assisted by his daughter, took great care of the hotel.
Despite the negative experience with the owner, I appreciated the free use of the pool across the road. Although the prices at the pool were a bit expensive, it was still a nice addition to our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andavis. Everything was perfect: clean, calm and cozy. Hotel is owned by Mr. Niko, who was very pleasant and took care of everything during our stay. We visited Kardamena before the high season, so the hotel was really peaceful (might be different if you come during season). Hotel is situated in an easy to find place in front of magnificent restaurant Sun Mediterranean - please visit it also :)

Mr. Niko is a wonderful host.
I arrived before the season began so it was very slow.

We were a group of friends looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Kardamena, and this hotel was perfect for us. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the resort, making it easy for us to explore all the bars and clubs. The owner, Nikos, was cool and made sure we had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a nice place to crash after partying all night. We had a blast!
If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more entertainment options specifically geared towards young party-goers. While the hotel was great for us in terms of location and atmosphere, it would have been even more awesome if there were some activities or events organized for young guests.

The room at Andavis Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a nice balcony to relax on. I loved having a fridge in the room, perfect for keeping my drinks cold. The ensuite bathroom with a shower was convenient and had everything I needed. The tile/marble floor in the studio added a touch of elegance to the room. The air conditioning kept the room cool, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the telephone in the room, but others might find it useful.

• Spotlessly clean hotel in a great location - just a 2 minute walk to the sea and across the road from excellent bars and restaurants. • Very peaceful and quiet - perfect for a relaxing stay. The owner - Mr. Nikos, and his daughter - Anna - take great care of the guests - treating the hotel not just as a business but as a home.
Can recommend.

Clean, comfy & close to town. All I needed. The owner, Nikos, deserves a medal for running the place solo. Heard him yelling at rowdy party people, but hey, this hotel is for us peace-loving folks.
No need to throw a hose or scream at me, Nikos. A simple "quiet please" would've sufficed.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with towels and sheets changed regularly. The owner, although having his moments, is helpful and attentive, providing amenities such as a travel cot and ensuring cleanliness.
There are occasional instances of the owner being rude and unprofessional, especially towards younger guests.
