The location is perfect, hotel is clean and the staff are the most pleasant friendly people around.
Hotel is in a fantastic location and the room rates are very reasonable by my standards.
If your traveling as a tourist the location to 5th Avenue can't be beat.
The Anchorage Parking Authority garage was cheaper @ $6, but it was tough to get in and out of on foot.
Hotel gets really busy when numerous tour buses arrive.
Our room had a great view overlooking the city, staff was courteous and efficient, the bed was very comfortable.
I was in an 8th floor room with one large king bed.
Our rooms(3) were nicely appointed, carpets, bedding and bathroom tile very clean.
Friendly staff and bed super comfortable.
Upon check-in we were told at the front desk that we would have 2 rooms on 1 floor and 1 room on the next floor (19 & 20 as I recall.
As I checked out, I overheard another guest saying that although the concierge lounge was closed, they did appreciate the free breakfast they were given in the restaurant.
The room service meals, and hotel restaurant were very nice, and the lobby bar was great too.
We ate in the dining room for breakfast every morning.
The dining room is the same one for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We also ate at The Hilton Hotel, Top of the World restaurant and the service was terrible, the food just okay and it has no ambience.
We then spoke with the front desk manager, the highest ranking management team member on site at the time, and were told that the concierge lounge was never open on weekends.
View from window was amazing, the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, the front desk clerk was very helpful.
The front desk advised us upon check-in that the concierge lounge was open and that we should feel free to use our card key to access it at any time.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi tub.
The pool and fitness rooms were great - clean and fresh.
Additionally, the front lobby/entrance was what I thought was a back parking entrance.
Also this hotel doesn't have wireless internet, which is a huge inconvenience when traveling for business.
Our room had a great view of the city and first impression of the hotel upon entrance to the lobby was clean.
Room was spotless, restaurants was excellent.
The staff was lovely and the third room was nice and clean.
Our room was clean and very spacious, with a gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance.
The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff a delight.
