Excellent staff; early check in.

Early check-in, a nice size room with comfortable beds, 2 baths and a kitchenette. Comfy and perfect location in Sanibel, really close to Sanibel, and everything-restaurants and shopping. Amazing food in the restaurants such as Shima Japanese Steakhouse, located 20 min away.

I had a relaxing stay at Anchor Inn And Cottages. The rooms had comfortable beds and all the necessary devices. The breakfast offered a great selection of goodies. Room was clean, location good. We got there very late and left very early every day so we never saw the office open. They were planty of clean towels.

Over bed was not made during our stay and also I think the bathroom was not clean either, but they were 4 towels, so we did have clean towels. Of course I know that this is a budget price motel.

The place was popular for short stay. Well decorated rooms with a patio and amazingly nice and pleasant staff. Great and lovely location with bars and restaurants close to the place. Found in the cute area. Wonderful overall experience.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and had a kitchenette.

Popular and quaint hotel in a fantastic area close to restaurants and the grocery stores and beach and the grocery stores. The rooms with a patio. Comfy and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere.

I have to say that Anchor Inn and Cottages was a very pleasant surprise. The complex has a combination of different types of rooms and I stayed in the motel-type rooms. I wasn't expecting much because of the price but was shocked at how clean the rooms were and how organized they were with towel replacement and beach chair and bike rental. I would definitely recommend this place as a great stay in Sanibel and would definitely come back in the future.

My door lock was a little flimsy but honestly I think I probably could have left the door completely unlocked and it wouldn't have been an issue.

The room was spotless and a decent size with a full kitchen. The location was ideal, within a short walk to everything including restaurants and a very nice private beach 5 miles away. The pool area was lovely.

Nice building and rooms with a patio. Pleasant, accommodating people working here. Marvellous setting, close to beaches as well as everything-restaurants:)))

This was a quaint and clean clean clean place!! Super friendly staff! Thanks Diane at the front desk! Although we didn't stay in a cottage, the studio had plenty of space!!!

Had 3 travelers but accidentally booked a king bed. Immediately sent an email to correct the mistake and received an email from the owner saying not to worry, she had switched the reservation to 2 double beds. When we arrived, the owner denied that she had received the email, had a king bed for us, and suggested one of us sleep on the tile floor! (I had the email from her confirming the 2 double beds with me on my phone!) We spent one horribly uncomfortable night-3 to a bed-then left the room empty the rest of the week and stayed with a friend down the road. We threw our money away on a room we couldn't use at the Anchor Inn.

Marvellous, lovely location in Sanibel, short walk to really good restaurants, the beach ic and Sanibel. Also, near everything. Great pool, large rooms with a patio.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was a pleasant surprise, with a 1 bedroom suite, 2 baths, and a kitchenette. The grounds were beautiful, and the pool was a hidden gem. The location was great, and the hotel was pet-friendly for our larger dogs. The facility was well-maintained and updated. The check-in process was smooth, and the woman in the office was very friendly. The extended check-out time was a nice bonus.

Felt welcome, nothing to complain about.
