The word "luxury" from the name of the hotel has nothing to do with the reality. Old rooms and old and cheap furniture. Bed smell (like very old), the finishing of the walls was falling (decorative paper). The breakfeast was extremely poor and low quality. (in the second day I got the feeling I was the only turist in the hotel). I choose this hotel trying to avoid Athens Center with al the protests held in this period. Though, I don't think I will return!

Plenty of trees and cafe-restaurants within walking distance. Cosy and warm refurbished rooms with a big and comfortable bed. Sufficient breakfast. Quiet hotel located in a leafy residential suburb. Good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff. Strong and reliable wifi. Convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Felt like royalty, with nothing being too much trouble.

The jacuzzi was definitely a plus as well as the willingness of the hotel staff. Thumbs up for the private parking and wireless internet.

I developed a habit of staying at Anastazia whenever I'm in Athens - although it's quite far from the city center, and going downtown would probably be a hassle, the location in the quiet northern suburbs is perfect for relaxation, work, and access to the airport and the Kifissia commercial district. The best thing about the hotel is the extra- friendly and helpful staff, who are ready to go out of their way to ensure you have everything you can possibly need. Reliable, fast WiFi.

The hotel was located in a calm and green area, away from the busy city center. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The false information on the website was misleading, and it would have been better if the hotel had been clear about the facilities they actually offer.

I recently stayed at Anastazia Luxury Suites & Spa for a week-long visit to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast room was beautifully arranged, and there were plenty of fantastic dining options in the charming village of Drosia, with my favorite being a little taverna called Klepsidra. The hotel provided ample parking, and getting to the metro station in Kifisia was a breeze with a short taxi ride. From there, I easily accessed all the attractions in Athens, including the Parthenon and the impressive Acropolis Museum. The location was also great, as I could easily explore the nearby coastal cities and beaches, as well as being conveniently close to the airport. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, and the room was well-appointed with a strategically placed mirror and a spacious balcony.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the apartment was huge for 2 people. bathroom very nice and well fitted kitchen.

the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. normally not a problem but this one had quite a decent gap between them still.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel in Athens. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We loved sitting out on our terrace or at the cafe terrace, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely and the restaurant across the road was very good.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet, affluent neighborhood with many food options within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had a cozy balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a nice dinner by the pool and there was also a restaurant right across the street for more meal variety.
