      The ambiance of the hotel is wonderful, the staff is warm and helpful, rooms are nicely appointed and have lots of creature comforts. The grounds and pool are stunning and everything is very well maintained.

      The pool area is excellent and the Opium museum opposite the entrance is an easy walk down the hill. The hotel is luxurious, service is great and we loved the huge deep bath right in the middle. The restaurant staff is incredible kind and ready to help.

      Lovely peaceful location and beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and bathroom were comfortable. The food was excellent, well presented and well served, the fruit selection was especially good, the poolside waiter was very friendly and courteous. The pool was heavenly.

      The room was beautiful and nice view, the pool was rated by MSN as one of the ten best pool settings in the world, the staff were delightful and the general ambiance was good. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The spa treatments were fantastic.

      The pool area was most welcoming, the setting was beautiful and all the staff were unbelievably courteous, polite and respectful. Our room was large and i especially loved the huge bath at least, the service in the restaurant was good. The spa was excellent and a wide variety of treatments were available.

      Pool area and all the sitting areas are amazing and peaceful, the hotel has a lovely open air lobby, the staff that runs the program is great too. The suites are wonderful and the Thai Restaurant is also used for Breakfast was excellent.

      Lovely views of the mekong valley are enjoyed from the room`s balcony, the hotel is one of the most peaceful places you could expect to stay and that said, the service of the staff is FANTASTIC. The suites are large, the pool is gorgeous.
