I've had a really comfortable stay for 4 nights. Spotless, great value hotel, the location was great and decent close enough to main areas with good links, the Tameike-Sanno metro station and the popular tourist attractions like Ginza, Shinjuku or Ikebukuro.

Melvin
The rooms are functional and newly renovated, with a vending machine, a lounge area, and a writing table. The hotel provided a great customer service during our new year. Also, free Wi-Fi works in the rooms.

The place was ideal and upscale and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, the location was magnificent also close to subway station. The breakfast in the gastronomic restaurant with all day buffet style food was comprehensive.
Breakfast was really expensive, can definitely be improved.

I was offered a room with awesome views of the Tokyo skyline. A lounge, armchairs, and a living room were standard, but I enjoyed that. The breakfast was local, the check in was efficient. Everything was nice, including a shared lounge and a library available. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Wa Space.
No.

Luxurious hotel, the staff were all incredibly attentive and reasonably good and the location was absolutely perfect to subway stations. The room I booked was recently refurbished and large with great bath amenities from Thann, a view of the Tokyo tower, as example.

The use of the club lounge made things a little easier
You made me for breakfast (2900 Yen for each person) even though it was for free in the lounge which is not fair . Also the hotel refused to take out of the room charge and informed me that it is your booking agent who made the mistake.
