I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near the JR station in Wakkanai and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location could not have been better - just a short walk from the train station and the port. Even with snow falling, I had no problem with my luggage. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a grand marbled stairway and a classy bar on the 12th floor. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the port. The staff were polite and professional, pointing me in the right direction whenever I needed assistance. this place provided enhanced comfort and top-quality services.

I loved the comfy bed here and the staff was super quick. My room came with a tub, which was a nice bonus. Also, it's a short walk to Yume Hiroba, where you can grab a tasty lunch! 🛁

There were a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator in the room, really enjoyed that.
Nothing it is perfect.

The rooms were a nice size, with windows opening to the ocean. The location was quiet and the best for exploring this beautiful area, short walk to the train station, the city center and the ferry terminal, JR Wakkanai Station, and a Toyota Rent-a-Car office.

Really amazing stay, as always. Excellent, fairly decent hotel with amiable staff. Easy to get to, comfortable location adjacent to the Ferry Terminal for island hopping as well as car rental. Also, to the Heart land ferry pier which is very convenient for us to take a ferry to Rebun island in the morning. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The room is facing the sea and the view is good.
The room type I booked is not available as the hotel claimed that the room type had been renovated since April. I wonder why they didn't update their web!

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location just 70 meters from JR Wakkanai station, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room with twin beds was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventure. The five-star breakfast exceeded our expectations with its quality food, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. We appreciated the effort that was put into providing a great breakfast experience. Additionally, the hotel offered a large bathroom, comfortable beds, and amenities such as a desk and a good-sized TV. The staff went above and beyond to help fix a broken bike spoke and provided information about the surrounding areas.
The staff made us feel like family and were always willing to go the extra mile in assisting us.

Located conveniently close to the ferry terminal for island hopping, this hotel is also adjacent to the harbour and just a short walk from the train and bus station. The leisure centre is also nearby, which is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good view of the sea. The breakfast was tasty and the service was prompt and efficient.
The room lacked modern amenities like USB ports, which made it difficult to charge devices.
