We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, right next to a major station complex, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and beyond. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western options.

It is located in a train/subway staion about five minutes ride from Nagoya Station. If you want to explore the busy Nagoya Station and her surroundings, you have to take the ride in train/subway.

Very nice hotel at very good value for money

The hotel was amazingly located right next to the train station with easy access to various transportation options. The staff was super friendly and attentive, helping us with our luggage and offering us an orientation of our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with lots of amenities like ice delivery straight to our doorstep!

The hotel was quite busy with many large groups celebrating end-of-year parties. This made the lobby and restaurants a bit crowded at times.

Location is perfect, just outside the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The bathroom had a nice big bathtub to relax in. The lobby and other common areas were beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, so we went to a nearby restaurant instead. The staff's English wasn't great, but they were friendly and tried their best to assist us.

The room we stayed was facing the train station. We could see the entire ci view but train was little noisy.
