It was nice to park the car and just walk. Really enjoyed Gerald r Ford presidental museum. Dinner at the top of the hotel was great. Loved the small plates style. Bellman was the most friendly, helpful person. Took great care of us.

We had requested adjoined rooms for our group of 8 women. We were told twice that this would happen and it did not. The people in the room next to us complained about us talking late at night and the hotel manager threatened to kick us out. We did not even have a tv or radio on but women sitting around talking. They were extemely rude and we could not believe after all the wedding and party groups they have there on a saturday night they considered us a problem. I will not stay there again, the staff were extremely rude.

The location was close to the event attended and the sky walk was convenient.

The hotel was disorganized, the room we booked was not what we received due to the hotel double booking room types which is, in our opinion, not an organized locaiton.

        I liked the bedding.

I just wish the price hadn't been so much. Also parking prices were too high. I feel that the money spent on the hotel that the price of parking for guests should be lowered.

Beautiful Hotel lobby and halls and facilities

Very small, outdated, uncomfortable room. Extremely overpriced. Tub/Shower faucet leaked resulting in poor water pressure. Uncomfortable bed, slept better on the floor. Very overpriced.

The bed was the best and most comfortable I've ever slept in> The room was beautiful. Its in walking distance of whole downtown.

        The duct work/heating/cooling makes noises

The staff was open and friendly and were happy to assisst in any way. Very efficient in handling banquet facilities.

For the type of hotel would be nice to have soft towels in the room. Also would be nice to have coffee maker in the rooms.

We like that it's close to everything downtown. The rooms are very quiet and if you are in the Tower rooms you have a great view.

I didn't like it that we weren't told about the price of valet parking ahead of time. I also don't like it that we had to pay extra for the fitness room/pool. I feel at a hotel like the Amway Grand those things should be included in the price.

Liked the parking structure and the fact we were allowed to have two cars in the area for one cost.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was very small & very small shelves to put personal items on. $25 charge for valet parking, should be included with room.

        The staff

The end tables in the concierge room were filthy! There was no laundry bag available. The end time for breakfast (9 am) in the lounge is too early. The room carpet was not clean!

Slow service to check in.(We checked in after 4:00, only 2 clerks) No special room for our anniversary. Way overpriced!!! Room was nasty(water stains on the ceiling, 4 section tiles cut out of ceiling, bathroom floor tile was stained, moldy and broken in spots, shower/tub was extremely hard to turn on and only went 1/8th of the way on, drain stopper & drain barely worked causing the water to collect in the tub during my shower, mold on all of the grouting around the tub. Lobby had employees carting boxes(supplies for the hotel) on two wheelers.(Very unsightly) One about ran into us and never even apologized. We ate at the restaurant on the 27th floor. It was way overpriced and the food was horrible!! Burnt, dry chicken breast & 3 small dry scallops and 3 shrimp are not worth $30.00 ea.meal. For an $8.00 glass of wine(cheapest on list- Beringer) we received only an equivalent of 1/2 cup.
