In my opinion, however, the hotel thinks VERY highly of themselves and the prices have continues to increase steadily to the point where I will not stay there anymore.

I expected a better experience given the price, and the advertising as a four star hotel.

Compared to most modern 3-star-and-above hotels, the Grand Plaza accomodations offer very little value.

This is as nice as any luxury hotel in any large city for a fraction of the cost.

The kids loved the large pool area, the hotel is in a great location and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

The room rates are reasonable for a prime downtown location, the entire place is very well maintained.

Tower rooms are very modern and the location is very good.

Rooms in the tower are spacious and the location of in the.

I have started to stay at the Hilton for location and price.

Our maid kept our room spotless and turned down our bed around 9pm just like on a cruise ship.

The room had a walk-in closet and poster bed.

The bedrooms were very clean but the bed covers had stains and you never know when these were last cleaned.

The bed wa a King Side and the room had a sitting chair with an otto.

Very spacious, king size bed was very comfortable, however the tower room that we were in looked a little outdated, but the view was beautiful.

The tower club rooms are very spacious, great location to get around the city of Grand Rapids and the hotel offers 4-5 different restaurants from a deli to a 5 star restaurant.

We felt like our waitress in the casual breakfast restaurant was our best friend by the time we left.

The hotel's least expensive coffee shop called Cornucopia was open for breakfast and lunch hours only.

The nice guestrooms, great sports bar and after eating our adequate meal.

The sports bar/resturant had excellent food and I ate there several times.

Everyone from the valets, to the concierge, to the front desk staff were quite attentive to the needs of everyone in our party.

The most impressive element of the hotel--BY FAR --is the staff and relaxed in the jacuzzi The service was excellent.

Service is excellent, the staff as well as the accommodations are top notch.

Parking is also expensive, and you must pay to use the fitness facility.

Rates are pretty good and the chandeleirs in the lobby are gorgeous.

Our experience was near perfect--only complaint was the parking fee of $15.

The wireless internet didn't work on my Mac but the ethernet worked superbly.

The hotel itself was very nice, generally service was fantastic - polite and helpful, the rooms we had were clean.

The room was nicely furnished, large and clean.

Everything very clean, rooms large, mattresses and pillows very comfortable.

The only issue was the bathroom which (while very clean and nicley refrubished) was small.

The club room was well maintained; throughout the day, it was replenished with fresh-baked snacks, and in the evening, they offered hors d'oeuvres and discounted cocktails.

    The view was great, the restaurant we visited in the hotel was quite good and the staff was very polite & we had an unbelievable upgrade. Room was large, the wired access worked fine and the sports bar/resturant had excellent food. The menu did not have a huge selection, the concierge desk was happy to see to my needs.

    The prices were incredibly low for the amenities and the bathroom was not even big enough for for a curling iron or two peoples amenities to get ready.
