I stayed here for an easter and would definitely go back. The breakfast was excellent with more options, and all the food was outstanding. I was met by decent and helpful staff at the reception. Location: the hotel was near to airport and train station as well as other coffee places and shops

Magnificent unbeatable location, close to the Wanda Metropolitano stadium. Also - just off an entertainment complex with plenty of places to eat as well as the restaurants. A great selection of brilliant food for meals.

Internet was terrible.

Had a really nice stay on business trip. The beds were big, I slept well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. The hotel had a good and perfect location also right next door to the Science Museum. Plus, it was close to restaurant and Close to the airport.

The location in a good area was good and unbeatable and there were a big shopping centre and a shopping mall nearby. Attentive and decent staff who were always there to help.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at Amura were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any request we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra cot they provided for our son. The swimming pool was also a great bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. our experience at Amura was excellent and we highly recommend it.

1. no vending machines or in hotel shop. I like a little water and/or soda. Quite frankly, the room refrig had a 6 oz coke for $4.50. This is insulting. Next time, I will empty out the refrig to make room for water/soda I can buy across the street at the market.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, for business reasons. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. I also appreciated the free shuttle service, the gymnasium and the sauna. But I missed the wifi connection: It exists, but certainly depends on the room disposition in the building. According to me, the rate value/money is very interesting.

The location is marvellous, not too far from an open air museum. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown...

I recently stayed at Amura for 3 nights over Easter and it was amazing value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and roof terrace were great for relaxing, and the hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The free airport transport was a bonus. I would definitely go back to Madrid and stay at this hotel.

Slow WiFi and cable internet connection. Average restaurant, expensive for the quality it offers.

The Wi-Fi in my room 238 is very very weak. I need to seat in public area to use Wi-Fi. Even they did not cheat (it's true, there is wifi signal in my room), it is almost cheat (the super weak signal can not make a useful connection, due to super weak signal, it is not easy to get an IP in my room and once it got an IP, it always drops or has data stale thus I need to do re-connect, but the re-connect still can not send any data... )

The hotel met the purpose, I will definitely go back there again.

We had 3 great days here, would recommend the place. It was a perfect, clean hotel with a bar in the lobby. The staff was fairly friendly and excellent and provided great services.
