Amsterdam Manor Beach Oranjestad - 奥拉涅斯塔德

Although location is good, hotel is situated near a sewage plant.

The Amsterdam Manor is in a great location, so close to the beach, and what a beautiful beach.

The location of this hotel is not that close to all the restaurants and other shops so it's not as easy as walking 2 minutes, but the good thing is that the bus ride to the high rise hotels is less than 5 minutes away.

As we were in a hurry and there was no taxi available, the manager instructed the guard (Nicholas, thank you) to take us to the airport.

Take the bus to the markets, IGA was my personal favorite, have them call you a taxi for the ride back.

Our bedroom had a queen size bed, firm but comfortable, & bath w/ large whirlpool tub, but little counter space.

My friends and I shared a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and spacious balcony patio area with a nice view of the ocean and sunset.

We were so pleased with our room (a superior studio) but I would suggest if you plan on spending much time in your room, a one or two bedroom suite might fit your needs better.

Room size/amenties: Large king-sized bed, large bathroom with jacuzzi (it works!

The price was really a bargain for the space - two bedroom, two bathroom suite with kitchen, living room and balcony overlooking the beach.

Spent a lot of time at Bingo (Dutch bar/restaurant) – eating, drinking, and socializing.

We enjoyed many a drink down at Passions bar on the beautiful beach and also experienced an evening meal at the Passions restaurant.

The food at Mango's restaurant was nice but there are so many other excellent restaurants on the island that it would be a waste to eat anywhere more than the once.

We had breakfast at the restaurant nearly every morning, but after the first day had really taken to eating and running.

We couldn't even eat at the restaurant because they were all outside restaurants.

Staff – Front desk people were very helpful – Sasha, Janine, Illis, Christy, Julio - good about making restaurant, taxi or activity reservations.

On top of these wonders, they have something so difficult nowadays to find: a truly dedicated and very friendly staff providing excellent service!

The staff, especially Illis and Christy, at the front desk were super helpful, friendly.

If you want elevators, need a large lobby and zillions of people - stay elsewhere.

You're on the beach residents get free drinking water all day and the pool area could get pretty bad as well.

We went to the natural pool and stayed there for 5 hours.

The free usage of computers and the high speed internet enabled us to keep in touch with friends and family back in the states.

Staff was very nice and our room was very clean.

The friendly maids made sure our room was impeccably clean through our whole stay.

The rooms were fantastic, large and always clean.

The room was spotless & had everything you could want.
