The location is good, the hotel appears to have just been.
The bus to the Philips Research High Tech campus stops nearly in front of the hotel.
There is public transport to link you up to the city.
The hotel staff were helpfull and the room was clean apart from dirty foot prints on the wall by the bed.
The rooms were good size and massive twin beds.
There were shoe prints up the wall over the bed (and I've been wondering about those since!
We've never had such a "basic" room in any hotel of 4* rating - and having come from a 4* rated hotel in Amsterdam that morning, to say the bedroom was stark is rather an understatement.
Extremely friendly staff and the room was terribly hot.
Breakfast is a massive buffet, and they have a cosy restaurant where you can eat a good meal for about 15 Euros.
About 100 m from the hotel is a local cinema with a late night bar (around Eindhoven there are many local breweries) where you can relax with the locals.
The hotel staff were very helpful and there seem to be a good selection at breakfast!
Good reasonable priced chinese restaurant left out of hotel 30 yards away.
Dont now how the dutch dish out star ratings but this hotel was not as good as the premier inn we stayed in Dover on the journey out.
The reception staff were friendly - in fact, all the staff were friendly.
It is also extremely clean (the manager is very proud on this!
The tea/coffee was in the hotel lobby but was either cold or empty.
