Whne of the best hotel sleeps in years, well worth my money and good staff.
The location was perfect for the town centre, the cost was also the best I had found and the staff were very helpful.
The location of the hotel is good and heating didn't work properly either by the way.
I liked the location and free entry tickets for the "Gaia Park" zoo in Heerlen.
The location is great, its right in the middle of town, so you can walk everywhere.
Comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet.
We were disappointed with the 1st room, saw another, equally depressingthey said the rooms are all the same so we settled into the 2nd.
The bed was a little bit too soft for me, but then again that is almost always the case in hotels.
The bath had black mold along the edge, no wash rags ever supplied, mini bar was completely empty.
We dined in the pleasantly decorated dining room one of the nights and enjoyed the food.
The place appeared so dirty that I didn't dare eat dinner in their restaurant and went hungry instead (however see comments regarding breakfast below).
Excellent staff, clean rooms and quiet good selection for breakfast nice bar.
Moreover towels were clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The location was a 3 minute walk to a circle of restaurants that were mostly closed, 10 minutes from a main walking street of restaurants and shops.
It was buffet style and you could get evreything needed for a healthy and/or greasy cold/hot breakfast.
We were a bit brassed off with the service we got from one of the receptionist so we moved into another motel called 'EDENPARK' in Brunsum.
Had a nice view on the snow-covered-park, hotel was quiet and the staff was exceptional.
We told the staff that all the bulbs in their parking lot were burned out; the bulbs were not replaced in the 5 days we were there.
When we asked for a bucket of ice, the receptionist didnt want to give us any ice.
Stay were friendly and helpful, the lobby was quite large.
The lobby was quite large and pleasantly furnished and decorated (autumn theme).
In contrast, the lift was very small, could hardly contain two persons and luggage and a sense of claustrophobia surfaced.
The room was fairly clean and breakfast was very nice as well.
The room was a bit dark but clean, nothing special to be mentioned here.
Our rooms were at the top floor (6th) and were very well furnished and clean.
