Exceptionally comfortable, 4-star hotel with accommodating staff and free wifi. Well-appointed and reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. The property of choice in Rotorua.

The king room was neat and beautiful with a view. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware worked well.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The views at this iconic hotel were amazing. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and absolutely kind. The setting was quite great within easy reach of Okawa Bay.

Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a safe box, and cable TV with on-demand movies. Large bathroom with walk-in showers; very pleasant and consistently courteous staff.

The hotel itself was a little old, nevertheless the breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice helpful. The location in the centre of town was beautiful and amazing❤

I recently stayed at Vr Lake Resort in Rotorua and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and grounds. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The spa and pool were a great way to relax, especially since they stayed open until 11pm. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were always ready to assist. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the thin walls and occasional cigarette smell, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vr Lake Resort. I would highly recommend this hotel.
