One of the highlights of this hotel is its excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, like the comfortable beds, clean tiled floors, and fresh towels, are also worth mentioning. Finally, the location of this hotel in a good area is a definite plus.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, not far from the Medina but just far enough away to avoid any hassle. The surrounding area is safe for walking and offers excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is helpful, and the cleaners do a great job. The pool, although out of season during my stay, was still nice. The hotel's peaceful garden filled with singing birds was a beautiful sight.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had twin beds and we all slept well. We enjoyed the clean pool. There was a balcony in our room.

    None.

Great value for money, beautiful gardens and pool area. The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were basic and in need of updating. The air conditioning didn't work properly, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The most notable experience at the Hotel Amine was the buffet but that ended when a group of us staying there arrived to find that all the main dinner dishes had been cleared. We were informed that this was because the quota of guests wasn't higher.

Marakkech was going through a heat wave, 46+ degree celsius and there was no air conditioning. The decoration of the rooms looked like it hadn't changed in 25 years. Exceptionally mediocre.

Relation price/quality (at least in low season)

It needs a renovation. Facilities look a little old, especially rooms

Value for money, got 2 rooms for the price of 1, extra blankets provided for cold nights, convenient location near the Medina but away from touts, safe to walk around, excellent nearby restaurants and shops.

    Nothing that I didn't like.

They did not allow full covering swim wear and forced us out of the pool rudely. The air conditioning did not work.

Bus stops outside direct to terminus at Djamaa El Fna.Breakfast ok .Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very genuine, not condascending.Good security parking with guard inside private hotel courtyard.Tariff clearly displayed.Cashpoints outside.

Bar prices horrendous, even for a hotel

The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for both the rooms and the amenities. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, always with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. The breakfast included in the stay was satisfying and provided a good start to the day.

There is nothing that needs improvement, everything was satisfactory.

The rooms got balconies, there is a good restauranr nearby.

I checked out of this hotel prior to my planned departure because I did not enjoy myself there. The security guard by the gate introduced me for a taxi driver one morning, as I just said hello to the guard. The taxi driver became verbally abusive and threatening, even all I did was to say hello to him, and politely tell him that I am not interested in a taxi. As I walked away the driver shouted at me and followed me, and I felt really humiliated being in sich a public spot-many people were watching. He shouted: you don't like me, do you need a massage, no honey no money repetedly, and didn't stop even though I said stop it. The security guard of the hotel, who had asked me to speak to him, did absolutely nothing. When I returned to the hotel the texi driver kept shouting at me. When I complained in thge reception they asked me to not speak to the driver. I said that I don't speak to him, but he shouts at me. The driver's name is Mohammed. Another man I spoke to in the reception wanted to hear my story, then asked me to come back later since he was busy. I then said I wanted to check out, but he said I shouldn't check out, as if this was Hotel California. I checked out anywy, but I was not offered any excuse, and had to pay for six nights, even though I only stayed for four. I told the reception why I moved, that I don't feel safe there, and he called the management. They still wanted me to pay for the six nights.

The hotel is conveniently located in a secure area with well-kept gardens. It is situated close to the main centre, making it easy to access taxis or explore the surrounding areas. Guests can also easily book a grand taxi to see all three valleys. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with clean bathrooms and daily maid service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, cereal, and tasty pancakes.

The food served at the bar is overpriced and bland.

A very nice hotel to relax in. Good pool area which was never too busy and clean, pleasant rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet was quite fine. Location was very good, just outside the hussle and bustle to have a quiet place to relax in but close enough to get to the centre very easily, a bus stops outside every 10 minutes and takes you direct to the main square. Staff friendly and helpful.
