Movement through the hotel was quick and easy, the staff at the Reception was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and had enough room to move around. Restaurant employees were extremely professional and responsive.

The location of the hotel i great, nice staff and the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure adjustable and the water warm quickly.

We booked a room for 2 nights via the internet and got a good rate for the expensive city of lucerne, the lobby was dark, dreary and smoky, the breakfast was a fairly typical Continental breakfast.
