The facilities look as if someone has been doing improvements, the pool and hot tub area were clean, the room was basic, but very acceptable for the relatively low rate.
Clean and very good value for money, hot tub according to the sign should of been non smoking rooms.
The rooms were good size for the price we paid and the pool was warm.
Once we got into our room our room was at least 85 degrees.
We called front desk to complain and they told us they had no other rooms the only thing they could do for us is give us a fan!
The Alpine area with scads of restaurants, movies, shopping, etc.
There was a McDonalds, which closed at 11 and a Bob Evans that closed early, but there is a pizza place that delivers until 3:30am and the food was good.
The staff were all friendly and responsive.
Language was an issue with housekeeping, but the service was excellent and with smiles.
Best part of this hotel was the service, they were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.
They offerend no discount when asked to speak to the manager they said they were out of town.
Dining is a walk to Bob Evans across the parking lot, with McDonald's next door.
A great place to stay, not i expected for the price i paid and the pool water was warm.
