  All of the front desk people were very helpful and the king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just fine and spa were really nice.

  When I originally reserved the room, I specifically asked for a smoking room. I even guaranteed the room with a credit card.
  
  After riding 1,000 miles on the motorcycle, upon checking in, my boyfriend was informed that the entire hotel was non smoking. He was also informed that the linens are changed every third day.
  
  Neither of these things were told to us upfront and I consider that a bad thing for a hotel. If they want to be non smoking then that is fine. But to book a room when they were specifically asked for a smoking room was just wrong in my eyes.

  Room was poorly cleaned. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

  Litter behind bed night stand, shower floor dirty, shower curtain hangs onto bathtub floor, burnt out light bulb in light near the bed, mattress pad wasn't on straight and tiny bathroom, room AC was turned off and room was stuffy and hot.
