Rooms are small and bathroom in our room was tiny.
On either side of the door there were 2 windows that were covered with semi-transparent curtains on the inside and outside which allowed the people walking to the pool/rooms to see in our room when our lights were on.
Didn't have a lot of room to set up the pack-n- play for our baby, had to take the table and chairs out of our room to fit.
The first time we used the toilet it broke and the flushing mechanism would no longer work.
The room was also very worn and damaged in all aspects.
The front desk said sorry, all the other reservations specifically requested “not by the pool” which we feel was a blatant lie since poolside rooms are not even advertised on their website.
The lobby was beautiful, the place was exceptionally clean well cared for and the person at the front desk was quite apologetic and accommodating.
We called front desk but they told us there was nothing that could be done and to use the one in the pool area.
The room that i stayed in was very clean and the breakfast was great.
