absolutely horrible customer service, wouould not recommended nor will I stay there again

Comfortable rooms, excellent mattress, perfect temperature control, excellent bathroom facilities. Enjoyed several hours sitting and reading in the lovely lounge, and the pool and whirlpool were excellent additions to the overall atmosphere.
I can't think of a thing I did not like or enjoy.
