THE UGLY: Our room was vacuumed after our first night's stay, but the beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned.
That night when we returned we realized all that was done was the bed made and clean towels left for the ones we had dirtied.
Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, as well as the size and features of the guest room.
I returned to the desk to tell them my room wasn't clean, I discovered the manager in housekeeping left and didn't make sure the rooms were clean.
I told him at other hotels I had stayed at I had the option to get clean sheets by placing a card on the bed.
The breakfast buffet offerings were excellent.
Everything was fine until we were 3 minutes late for breakfast on Sunday morning after the switch to Daylight Savings Time.
The free breakfast included a wide variety of items (but they were very strict with the 10 a.
The manager snuck out after making all the changes in the computer, leaving the staff to fix the mess.
I feel this was all handled very poorly and the manager did nothing to satisfy my concerns of housekeeping but leave me with the girl at the front desk who by the way was very polite and the only one that seemed concerned.
The first morning we put our do not disturb sign on the door when we showered and afterwards turned it to the other side to request maid service.
We were also told to not use the sign the next day because the housekeepers tend to think it says do not disturb even if we have it turned to the maid service side.
We did not use the pool facilities or the pub.
Pool was nice as well water was the perfect temp expecially for my small children they had a great time in there!
The swimming pool area is small but nice.
The attached convention center the wedding reception was held was very nice, our room was clean.
