  Overall the room was clean if quite aged.

  The service was not that great and the woman at the desk was actually rude to my wife when she couldn’t remember our room number. The balcony up to our room looked unsafe due to wear although it held up for our stay. Inside the room and in the lobby/dining area the d? The sink drain was stopped up so you could only run the water for a short amount of time until the sink would overflow. The air conditioning unit worked well, but like most things in this hotel, was well worn with broken coverings over the control panel.

  We booked a 2 room suite, king size bed and non smoking.

  When we went in the room, we found it to be one room and smoking. After calling the desk they apologized and reassigned us a room. We then entered a two room suite, non smoking but 2 double beds.

  I stayed in the spring, just as the flowers were blooming in the courtyard, right in front of the pool. I enjoyed the clean room and the friendly front desk staff Patti, and the breakfast area Nyna, welcoming smiles and helpful information about the city. The rates are very reaonable, and a warm family feeling, Dilip, and the staff will help make your stay comfortable.

  On March 14th , we arrived in Tyler and stayed in a handicappe room, it h as a shower that you can roll a wheel chair into, which was great for traveling with my 85 year old Mother, it was right at the end, by the parking lot so easy to get to, the room was convient to coming in and out as it had a small ramp at the door. The room had 2 double beds, a table and chair if you chose to eat in, it was a very comfortable room and a pleasent stay, for tired travelers with alot going on, The staff is very friendly and knowledgable of the area, if sight seeing is in your plans, the flowers we not in full bloom,yet , but will be in a week or so. This is just one of the many rooms I have stayed in, my first time tho in the handicappe one.

  I have checked other hotels periodically but none have ever given any better service or better value for a clean room. When I have had some sort of minor problem with my room they always take care of things immediately and then follow up to make sure I am satisfied. They serve good coffee and a continental breakfast when I am in a hurry.

  The employees was over and beyond nice and went out of their way to speak to you. We have small children and they really liked the kiddie pool (which was very clean), in fact I couldn't get them out. The rooms was clean and the breakfast wasn't bad either. Also, they have a Parking Lot Surveilannce channel on the T.

  The room had a horrible smell, the rooms and lobby ARE NOT handicapped accessible.
