It was also a handicapped room so there was no place to put anything in the bathroom except the floor.
The bed was broken, I found this out when I stubbed my toe on the 2x4's holding the broken wheel up off the floor.
Reserved a non smoking room, was given a smoking room because the contractors working power outages did not check out.
When I checked in the front desk person ran my credit card and tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid for.
I put the change linen sign out but all the maid did was refold the dirty towels and did not change the sheets.
The lobby was tiny and the breakfast area was right in front of the front desk, all two tables of it.
