The staff was friendly. The hotel was fairly clean. The rooms were spotlessly clean and updated. Great location near Waffle House and close to Northwest Arkansas, Siloam Springs, and the casino.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the price, the place was clean, our room was spacious and quiet, and we had a Wheelchair Accessible room with a single bed and a kitchenette, just what we needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and recommend. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a safe area, not far from restaurants, stores, and the casino. The location was convenient and favorable, within easy walking distance of West Siloam Springs.

The proximity to my intended venue was excellent.

The following deficiencies were reported to management: 1. No smoke detector in room 149. The manager said it was removed because it malfunctioned. 2. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was not functional. 3. The electrical cord on the small coffee pot was too short to reach any adjacent electrical outlet.

Front desk personal was in the back room, not paying attention to the desk. They are foreign and hard to understand. "Breakfast" is served in the lobby with no tables, chairs, etc. Hotel manager called me at 11 pm telling me to move my car because I wasn't parked in front of my door, however someone else was in front of our door.

Check-in and check-out was quick. It was quiet. Parking spots right outside the rooms made loading and unloading bags easy.

The area around the hotel is a nightmare of bugs at night. Moths and other flying monstrosities congregate around the lights of every door. Crickets fling themselves at the AC units, making pinging sounds. A couple black beetle type things made their way into my room somehow. I slept there wondering how many more were watching me.
