I secured the single for myself and was told that the room I have last time would be $39 as it was a king instead of a queen.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I am writing this email in regards to a complaint I have resulting from a upcoming reservation with an Americas Best Value Inn in Oskaloosa Iowa.
After phoning in my upcoming business trip I was advised of a "contractor rate" I could receive from the reservation clerk at the hotel of $38 plus tax for a single and $46 plus tax for a double with 2 people.
I said that was ok and gave my credit card info and told the clerk my others would be handling there own reservations.
Our room was very clean and there were no spider webs or anything of that sort.
