  Have stayed at other ABVs and was very satisfied. Checked on-line for this one ... showed plenty of rooms and great rates available, but didn't mention if micro/fridge/coffee in rooms, so I called to see ....
  The lady that answered was NOT easy to understand. ... Finally figured out that microwaves were in suites only ... tried to check on availability of suites that could smoke in, explaining that I was trying to book a room on-line, and it didn't mention if any rooms were smoking or non-smoking ... THEN got told (after finally deciphered what she was saying), "No Availability '
  -- Wasted 15 minutes talking, only to find out "No availability" -- still not sure if that was "no smoking available" or "no rooms available, period", didn't even try to ask ... and that was AFTER checking on-line.
  
  Won't even bother checking THIS ABV again.
  But, will return to the other ABVs we've stayed in before, several of which are run by people with English as a second language, but at least I can understand them!!

  034;" From the outside, it looks old; however, the rooms were freshly painted, extra large and clean. The room also had a small fridge and microwave.
