The halls were wet & dirty and not enough towels in the room.
I arrived at my "non-smoking" room late at night.
Stay was fine, moms room was cleaned maybe twice this week.
The bathroom looked nasty and smelled worse.
There were cigarette burns on the carpet and on the furniture.
The next morning, I tried to call the front desk to complain -- the phone did not work.
I tried to get on the internet, "high-speed"?
Rates reasonable too, i ended up holding the microwave in the bathroom I heated my food and the sheets seemed clean.
