  Location is perfect and excellent budget hotel in the beautiful Cape Cod area. The service here is great, the rooms are clean spacious.

  The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, this best value inn was not a best value, the front desk clerk was pleasant and quick. The room was clean and the breakfast was also good.

  The location was great for walking around downtown Hyannis in the shops and restaurants, the place was very clean, the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was very quiet and i had no trouble sleeping, breakfast was a good money saver.

  The owners, jim and al, are very hospitable and know the area very well, fantastic value love, excellent Inn Excellent Staff A great vacation spot. The beds are comfy and the rooms were clean enough.

  Our rate was $99, i thought was great for a suite in a prime location, the stay was enjoyable and Hyannis was the spot to stay on the Cape, the staff were Excellent at making sure we. The room itself was very clean.
