I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's common areas. The beautiful decor and comfortable seating made me feel right at home. As a senior, it was a delight to have such a warm and welcoming environment to relax and socialize in.

I would have appreciated if the staff had been more knowledgeable about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior individuals.

there was nothing positive about this Inn

the room were smelly, too tight, no fan in the bathroom, the door did not shut properly. No ironing board or iron, lack of outlets, and the hallway was missing lights and the carpet stinks and dirty

The hotel was in a nice location near a convenience store as well as several shopping centers. We had Mobility Accessible room with the TV and the bathroom and a king size bed, which was important.

The guestrooms at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Hayward were comfortable and cozy, with laptop-friendly workspaces and free WiFi. The room had everything we needed, including a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The satellite TV channels with HBO and ESPN were a great bonus.

I personally found the private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel is fairly clean. The location is good and near everything. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with toast, cereals, yogurt, eggs, and danishes. I would definitely return here.

We had the ultimate teenage adventure, starting with a heart-pounding skydiving experience nearby. We were like adrenaline junkies, soaring through the sky like superheroes! And yo, after that, we hit up Oracle Arena for a Golden State Warriors game. The energy in that place was off the charts, man! We were jumping, screaming, and cheering like crazy fans. It was the dopest basketball experience ever!

The only thing that would've made our stay even better, dude, is if the hotel had a party zone or something. Like, a cool hangout spot with loud music, dope lighting, and maybe some pool tables or a karaoke machine.
