The location is the only thing good I can say about this Hotel.
The mattress was bad, the faucet in the tub was leaking and the furniture was very old, the lamp shades did not fit their lamp. The personel in the front office seemed not to enjoy her job, she was friendly enough but no smile at all. The office and room both had a very musty smell that gave the impression of not being clean.

We really enjoyed the location of America's Best Value Inn and for the price it wasn't too bad. The only complaints I had were that the comfortors smelled like baby powder ( I guess motels use baby powder on the comforters so they don't have to wash them?? I have come across this before in other establishments ) Also the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors beside you and above you, that really isn't a complaint that is just part of staying in a motel. I will say that the swimming pool was foggy and green and although there were people swimming in it, they were complaining about how the water looked. I personally did not nor would I ever consider getting into a pool in that condition. On a good note...the location was great, we enjoyed how it sat back near the trees, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, cable t.v. was great and I liked the window in the bathroom, lots of light. The staff made our beds and made sure we always had a fresh supply of towels without us asking. Would we stay there again??? Mmmm...maybe, but I would look for another place to stay first.

Location was good. Staff was very helpful.
When we arrived there was no record of our booking. He made a copy of our conformation. When we got to our room, there was no coffee pot, no ice bucked and the light fixture was missing 3 bulbs out of 6. The bath tub drained very slowly. We did not complain about the bulbs or the tub but we did ask for a coffee pot and ice bucket and both were brought to us.

The lady Christie was nice. I called two times the week before the make changes reducing our two night stay to one but then showed up and they had already charged us for the two night stay. Five different transactions occurred on my credit/debit card before it was all straightened out.
I called two times the week before the make changes reducing our two night stay to one but then showed up and they had already charged us for the two night stay. I spoke to Christie both times. Five different transactions occurred on my credit/debit card before it was all straightened out. Toilet broken - kept running and was not bolted to the floor/wall correctly. Lock on main door was broken and difficult to unlock. Bed's were as hard as rocks and included no blanket in the room anywhere. The remote to the tv was broken. Tv reception was poor with a lot of snow. I will not be booking at this hotel again. This hotel was rated a 3 star on Booked.net. I give it a 1. I was being flexible by going with a 3 star. Never again

Location to other sights
No continental breakfast even though it was advertised. Claimed it was off season. No thermostat control to AC/Heating unit - either on or off. Horribly dirty carpet. Overpriced compared to more upscale motels nearby. We paid more that if we had walked up to Comfort Inn.

I did not like anything!!!! It was nasty old, windows would not lock, door did not lock properly,it stunk!!! You should pay me to stay there. My vehicle was the only one in the parking lot and I was scared to death. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep and had to clean the shower before I could even in.
