The weather was wonderful during the holidays. The room was large and had a coffee maker and a hot tub. The decor was nice. The location was absolutely perfect, close to downtown, Lake Granby downtown area, and a park. The hotel was at a moderate distance from Grand Lake Marina.

The staff was not very inviting, the room had an unpleasant odor and the bathroom layout was very strange and rather uncomfortable. It was a typical cheap hotel with a higher class price.

The location was favourable for walking around Kauffman House Museum. The room I was given was reasonably large with microwave, refrigerator plus good linens. It was surely a nice stay by one night.

The hotel's location was very central, to the theater. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable as we expected. There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room, appreciated that. The hotel is conveniently located near the theater, which is a great plus.
