The location was excellent and the staff was friendly, but the rooms had dated linens.

The hotel offered great prices. the location of the venue was favorable, located in a beautiful garden. - It was conveniently situated next to plenty of dining options, downtown area, and other Tyler points of interest.

The room has been recently renovated with a cozy bed, and the location is fantastic, close to a variety of dining choices in the heart of downtown.

The hotel room was newly remodeled and reasonably spacious. The bed was very comfy. The location was nice, close to a good restaurant. It was a short walk to many dining options in the heart of Tyler and other points of interest.

Friendly housekeeping crew. Did a great job with what they had to operate with.

Observed a management staffer consuming food at the "free breakfast" table. Same type of dry food every day. Recommend that this hotel look at upgrading to using a wafle iron at a mimimum. Hotel across street advertised "full and complete hot free breakfast". **Main problem: Sheets were not changed every day. Bed is made up, however, when I checked into the room I noted that the sheets appeared to be left from the prior tenant.

Convenient location, super close to everything you need. The room has been recently updated and includes a cozy bed and effective A/C. 😊

The hotel is fairly clean with free parking. The staff is best and excellent. Will certainly stay here again, liked its the best and exceptionally nice location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold, and the shower had hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I arrived late and needed to get to my room quickly.

It is an older facility that needs to be updated but for the price and location it was a good deal! Our room was clean, cool and had plenty of clean towels as per requested for 4 women! Will stay there again on our next trip to shop at Canton! Would rather have shopping dollars vs. Luxury hotel! =) if you are looking for clean budget it's a good deal!

I did not want to leave, had a very pleasant experience. Loved Tyler, the hotel was extremely convenient close to a good restaurant. The location was nice and perfect, near other Tyler points of interest. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Jumbo Seafood that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Everything was fabulous.
