The hotel was located near to several restaurants, Albemarle, and a shopping mall. The rooms were brand-new and extremely spacious, complete with the bedroom and 2 TV's, as for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

Nothing bad to say!

The brand-new room was well-equipped and had a clean bathroom with a bath. The room provided a good choice of facilities including a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. The location was particularly good, being right next door to Albemarle and a shopping mall.

The price was perfect for our last minute need of a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was fine for one night.

At 9:30am maid service pounded on our door to make sure we were leaving at 11. Never have had that experience before at a hotel and after arriving late and very tired I was not pleased with this awakening. The bathroom was ok but the toilet was very low even for a shorty like me(5'1) and the mirror was chipped around the edges. Didn't use the shower.

Booked a double room, that was provided with a kitchenette and the bedroom, for example. The service was great in my opinion. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful and knew the area...

We all had a really, really nice stay in this quiet and great hotel. The personnel was amiable and amicable. Our accommodation was set in a central location just next door to Albemarle and several restaurants and a shopping mall. There was an Arby's with short-order minutes from the venue, super convenient.

It was very clean, staff was very nice and welcoming.

Older hotel needs some updating

The hotel was a great base in a quiet area, conveniently close to restaurants, a shopping mall, and Albemarle. The central location was a plus. My double room came with a bedroom and 2 full baths.

The rooms were very rundown the fridge smelt bad and didn't work well. The hotel on the outside was very run down with construction materials all around the back and the front section structure of the building was pulled apart. No contractors to be found the entire time. I thought the building was going to fall apart at anytime. The hallway smelt like cigarettes. The carpets and tile looked very warn. When I pulled up I thought it was closed down that how bad it looked. The other hotels around didn't look much better. Bottom line the hotel looked like it was giving up on by the owners and they are just allowing it to fall apart.
