The location is convenient to the New York Thruway and the rooms are good sized.

The location is convenient to the New York Thruway, but quiet, and it is between 2 restaurants, one Mexican, one steak house.

Shortly after I left, I drove by another hotel that had a lower rate and seemed to be at a safer location.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable.

We got our room, but we asked for a fridge, that costed us extra 5$.

After the first night I found 2 DEAD ROACHES in my bathroom!

I told the manager to do something about it and it took them 2 days to take any action BUT when they cleaned the roaches up - they LEFT A CORPUS of one of them in the bathroom!

The lights in the room were so dim I could not read neither during the day nor at night.

There is a nice place very close to have some good breakfast: Empress Restaurant, go have a look.

In the morning we had breakfast, which we were told was "deluxe continental" but was outstanding.

It included almost everything we could want for breakfast including waffles and there was fresh fruit.

Even though we were told the breakfast varies from day to day we found it a great bonus to the rate we were given.

The living area was 2 well worn chairs, the continental breakfast was nothing to write home about and vT Lobby was very nice.

The Front Desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide us with an excellent rate as well as a nicely appointed room.

I don't expect for $80/night a super service w/ jacuzzi but for got sake I dont want to see roaches!

The girl in the reception had tattoos on her arms, forearms etc.

Stayed here on way to Burlingotn, VT Lobby was very nice.

The room was reasonably clean, but with old furnishings, carpet, and a bit of a musty smell.

Rooms were clean overall, but dirty around the edges of the floor; doors needed repainting and replacement of some hardware.

Complimentary local calls and the room was reasonably clean.
