Pool was shut down, room was filthy, dusty, smelly, we had 3 bugs crawling on us in a matter of 5 minutes. Dead bugs and spiders were behind the nightstand. Bottom of bathtub was black. A screw was used to secure the sliding glass door that led out to the pool, as the original safety latch was broken. The wi-fi wouldn't connect. This place was horrible.

The price and the bed.

Fix the pool, replace the carpet (moldy smells), kill the insects that co-habitate the room (black ants all over). Take some pride in your business or pass it on to someone who can.

It was quiet. (There was hardly anyone there.)

The services were fair, as marked above and they did have wireless internet. The facilities, however, were dirty. The pool might have been usable if someone cleaned it. The hallway entrance was disgustingly dirty. I stayed in this hotel years ago. It was on par with Motel 6 and they were remodeling at that time. I do not think anything has been done since then and it is well below Motel 6 standards. I have been in much cleaner $50 rooms. The bathtub had built up dirt, a couple hairs in the sink and dirty carpet. The bed seemed okay, but lighting was not excessive.

Changed name on sign and did not know we were there, so drove up and down the street several times and then called to see how to get there when we were just outside.

The hotel is very unconfortable. Rooms have bad smells and the first one that they gave to us didn't have hot water. The staff tried to find better accomodations but the hotel is quite weared out in general. Another problem is that the name in the front is not the name that comes from Booked.net. A billboard in the back was ammended to display the new name. This made it also difficult to find. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Bugs in the bed, room keys didn't work and manager was unable to fix them and didn't offer another room so I had to depend on him to unlock my door every time I left the room. Air-conditioning didn't work.

The management were very polite and helpfull to strangers in Redding. It is a scrupulously clean, very new in looks, near to highways but not noisey. There were 3 of us guys and they had several ways to settle us in and made us feel comfortable in what ever we chose.

I can't think of anything that there was to complain about.

False advertising --- there is NO wifi in the room, the rooms are literally falling to pieces and filthy --- and have Bugs! Absolutely disgusting.

Nothing....horrible place...should never recommend it...they false advertise their location showing the River Inn across the way but you actually stay at the dirtiest most run down place in town...It was a terrible start to our vacation up to Oregon. Very disappointed....The health department should shut them down...

The beds were very good.

The bathroom left a little to be desired. The air conditioning was poor in room 120.

Very large room, comfortable bed, nice pool. Good value for money. Easy access off freeways I-5 and 44

Included Continental breakfast was minimal - only orange juice, pre-packaged pastries and coffee, no cereal or milk or toast or fruit.

Beds were comfortable and clean

Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Grime in sink and corners were dirty which made we wonder if they were sanitized.
