    The hotel manager did not offer to refund our money for the absolute most terrible stay.

    The first room they put us in was HOT from the start and the air conditioner never worked well enough to cool the room.

    As the two rooms they had my wife and I stay in both had bad air conditioners.

    They moved us to another room after an hour and a half.

    Finally about 2-3AM on Sunday morning the room started cooling off.

    To get a good nights sleep in a room where it was close to 80-85 degrees during the night was a joke.
