My room was in great shape - had a comfy bed, hot tub, microwave & fridge, it was all good. Everything was super clean everywhere. The service was spot-on. 👌

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, our room was pet-friendly with a balcony and hot tub, and the bed was great, the staff members were extremely friendly.

We had a pleasant overnight stay on our road trip and were glad we chose this hotel. The location was central to the Malheur wildlife refuge and close to the business area, making it very quiet. There were coffee shops in town and breakfast - what more could anyone ask for?

I had a really nice stay at Americas Best Value Inn Burns. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly nice. Its location near Crystal Crane Hot Springs was perfect. The hotel also had a good restaurant for dinner.

Our king bed room was lovely, and the central location in the industrial area was convenient.

The queen bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless and had everything within easy reach. I appreciated being able to park right outside my room, and the motel was quiet and peaceful. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making my check-in process a breeze. it met all my needs and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

The only complaint I have is that the breakfast options were quite basic, with mainly packaged pastries, cereal, and juice. However, considering it was included with the room, I can't really complain.
