      The location is excellent, Newport is beautiful and reasonable rates right on Thames St. The staff is extremely gracious and were quick to answer all of our questions, bathroom in my room could stand to be updated too. Also, the breakfast is awesome.

      The view was nice and the place was quant and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, made us feel at home, the price was very reasonable and we loved the clean comfotable room we stayed and the delcious choices for breakfast.

      The woman at the front desk was very rude to me since i had canceled the second night and wireless service was spotty.

      The location was great and our stay at the America’s Cup was wonderful. Staff were very helpful and just phone number for emergencies left on desk. Breakfast was very good.

      Just a block to the piers and great location. Overall, a lovely hotel and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, afternoon tea were excellent and provided a wide variety of choices.

      Awesome location and great Value. The staff we just fabulous, old bed and we also liked the kitchenette. Our mattress has seen better days and might need to be replaced soon.
