Good location, nice hotel and very reasonable price.

The hotel is very good vslue for money as I previously stated - and I still recomend it, but this time we were given a room which was extremelly smelling of cigarettes and the airconditioning system did not work.

The location is great and the hotel is situated near the Trindade metro station.

The location is very good, the Douro river are only a 10-minute walk away and the free parking is a positive point in Porto.

Great location and free parking at the hotel also a plus.

From hotel to Porto Airport: 20 euros by taxi).

You don't need a metro to get to the center or just buy a roundtrip metro past and the hotel is well located same that you arrive of bus or train.

The room is quite comfortable and bathroom is above the standard.

Be aware, if you will book a back yard room you wil get a full list of odors coming from the hotel kitchen if you open the windows especially in the evening.

The staff was attentive, the room was large and the breakfast was very good.

Good value for money, staff was very nice and free wifi was available in our room.

    The historical centre, close to bus station /5-10minuts walk/ very nice and the stuff speak very good English. Additionally the price is quite cheap and even you qould encounter a non-English speaking personnel they would try to be helpful. The room is quite comfortable.

    Near of historical centre, also a complimentary port whilst we waited and i thought the Hotel America was extremely good value for money. The staff was very nice, the room was very tidy and the breakfast was decent.

    I found just 1 advantage – windows were not in side of street and pillows were very uncomfortable.
