An excellent value for money holiday would throughly receommend this hotel to anyone.
Stayed in the America hotel for a week last September and had a great time staff were wonderful,our room had a lovely view and the food was great we were all inclusive and we got great value for our money.
All in all a fantasic value for money holiday and would highley reccommeend this hotel to other families.
The other hotel was also all inclusive but caused some stress in our holiday but they gave us back the money of the value of those two nights so we effectivly stayed in the other hotel for free.
Brilliant location next to sandy coves with turquoise sea.
We loved the facilities and the location as it was everything we were looking for:- right on the coast with beautiful sea views, very close to an accommodating village with all the essentials (restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bars etc).
Hotel in a excellent location as its right next to the beach.
Also another thing that let us down was our transfer to airport on our last day, it didnt turn up so we had to pay 70 euroes for a taxi which again i would like to add was nothing to do with the hotel and it was not there fault.
Probably the most worrying part about our reps were the fact they nearly forgot about picking us up for the airport transfer, only after a phone call to customer services did the bus get differed and picked us up over 30 mins late.
The rooms were qeuit big well big and the bathrooms are small but how much time are u going to spend in your room toilet.
Our room for a family of four was brilliant very big and spacious with a double bed and 2 singles, a dressing room leading to the large clean bathroom, situated on the fifth floor with a fabulous view of the coves and sea.
3 beds, the 3rd a bit small camp bed, but other families of 4 in the hotel were pleased with their larger family rooms.
The bed rooms were quite large and were fitted with a reasonably new television which could pick up BBC1,Sky news ,Eurosport as well as a number of Spannish channels.
The rooms were not cleaned every day only the towels changed and the beds made in fact our sink in the bathroom was never cleaned.
12pm, poolside snack bar open until 6pm, and the buffet restaurant which you can use for breakfast, lunch and 'dinner' (as long as you don't mind covering up your beachwear).
Food was excellent the main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and evening meal – there’s usually one fresh carved joint - plus a selection of other stuff.
2 mins from the shops and restaurants bars and cafes (cafe pila did the best cooked breakfasts ,we were never up in time for the hotel breakfasts and wanted proper english tea and coffee ).
There is a main restaurant which opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Meals were very plentiful and as we had booked fully inclusive, breakfast,lunch and evening meal was included.
I found all the staff from reception to waiters and waitresses, and entertainers really pleasant without exception.
Good bar service staff very friendly especially the morrocan waiter who calls himself cha wawa , all in all lovely holiday would go again.
Again the views was awesome but the lack of helpfullness from the reception staff will make this hotel a no go for me.
The reception staff was not friendly and when i tried to get a line to make a international call they told me that the lines get closed 1 day before you leave (the request was 2 days before i left).
This is a good 3 star but does not deserve any higher ie no table service, no shop, no gym, no pool towels, no turn down service etc etc that you would associate with 4 star plus.
They have a great pool area with two good pools and a kid's pool and a lovely garden where you can relax and have a quiet read if that's what you want.
With all the over booking, the pool area was very busy, they unlock the sunbeds at 9am and you'd better be there to get one, although by afternoon there were always a few empy ones.
The room was spotless and cleaned everyday with clean towels also.
All i can really say is that the hotel was fantastic, it was so clean and tidy, my room was cleaned every day, and every time you walked anywhere thre were maids cleaning different areas.
The rooms are extremely clean and tidy and maids visit on a regular basis, in a week I think we saw them at least five times.
You can't fault this hotel, the rooms are clean, the food very good and the pool area great.
The staff are friendly, the food is good, the rooms are clean, the resort is quite but not too quite and the value for money is undoubtly the reason to book.
