  Near the tram, its just minutes from Old Town Square and also lots of great shopping in walking distance. Excellent location, hotel Good points and much much better than expected for the price. The lobby bar was spacious, the staff were SO helpful and friendly, manager was a huge failure. The bedroom was nice, breakfasts were fantastic and the one waiter was so kind and wonderful.

  Only a 5 minute walk from Old Town Square, the reception area is welcoming and hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The decoration is classic and majority of staff understand a good level of English. The rooms are bright, drink very very reasonable and the receptionists didn't seem to care.

  Good location and by short taxi rides. The hotel staff were all professional and welcoming, the bathroom was superb. Pillows were amazing.

  The only disadvantage was the building work going on at the adjoining building started very early each morning, one elevator was to small.

  Location was fantastic, day trip was great value and all of the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very large.

  Best location in the town and walking distance to the main attractions at the old part of the city. The hotel was recently remodeled so everything is brand new, staff is very helpful and also big plus is free wi-fi. The buffet breakfast is very good.

  Well located, the location of this hotel is excellent and reception are old. Most importantly an actual air conditioning unit.

  The Ambassadore Zlata Husa is very centrally located making walking to all the Prague highlights very easy along, to visit interesting place of the city and their food is also good.

  Staff need to be more skilled in speaking English and would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.

  Excellent location in the centre of the city and everything was great during my stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was large and luxurious.

  Very well located, this hotel was in an ideal location for most of the places we visited and the staff was great. My room was even better than I expected from the photos.
